This is me a lil over a year ago at home chillin making a fire contemplating making a run for the heavyweight championship. Diagnosed with PTSD, bipolar, and 98 other mental illnesses I struggled day to day to just to live and take care of my family. The devil sent some really bad people at me and they got the best of the champ. Rotten business this boxing shit !!! But the champ can't stay down I just can't I just can't !!!! I come from the mud mayne !!!! I never had nothing but I what I fought for !!! Nobody gave me nothing !!! Me & mama slept on the NYC train in the 80's homeless !!!! I'm doing this shit Margie Briggs !!!! Sorry I lose it. I got it back. At that time I had hair & weighed 350 pounds. Today I'm 250 lean & mean !!!! A dancing ( dancing to hip hop music with light weights is how I lost it ) fighting, laughing having fun machine !!! Listen y'all if I can comeback from the things I've been through in the last 4 years you can do anything !!!! Laughter and working out is the cure !!! We always stressing because we all wanna ball out and be filthy rich but let all that go just have fun laugh dance work out and go your ass to sleep. Sleep is needed for good mental health. Exercise is the cure as it releases endorphins that make make you feel you great !!! Add hip hop or your favorite upbeat music and 249 cups of laughter and press like in the morning. I'M TELLING YOU I KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING BOUT !!! ( I love saying that and ) LET'S GO CHAMP !!! ‪#‎letsgochamp‬ ‪#‎shannonthecannonbriggs2014‬ ‪#‎thepeopleschamp‬
